Some new work on my website.
Nastassia is wearing:
Face Atelier Ultra Foundation applied only where needed with a brush. Benefit Posie Tint blended with a brush, building up color layer by layer. Benefit Moon Beam on the apples of cheeks. On her eyes, she is wearing the olive green from the Chanel Lumieres Eyeshdow Quad, I’m not sure if this is discontinued. She is wearing a dark brown Make Up For Ever shadow smudged on the lashline to give the eyes definition. She is also wearing about 4 short black individual flares to add volume to the lashes. On her lips she is wearing a mix of MAC Vegas Volt sheered down with some Rosebud Salve.
One of my favorite techniques is something I call “minking” the lashes. Typically I use a brown mascara and a black mascara. First step is to apply the brown mascara to the lashes. Step 2, apply black mascara to the tips of the lashes. It’s a great way to change up your eyes. I like to do both the top and bottom lashes with this technique. Minking also looks great when you use a navy, plum or hunter green shadow instead of brown. It’s a great way to ultilize colored mascara that can look out of place on it’s own.

Fashion is interesting. Here’s one of the models I did for the Brian Lichtenberg Show last night. Photo by Tyler Parker.
I’m reblogging this from my personal tumblr. The look was a very natural no makeup look, which of course required a bit of make-up to acheive.
The model is wearing:
MAC Moisturelush cream
OCC Airbrush Foundation in Y1
Make Up For Ever Lift Concealer #3
MAC Eyeshadow in Vanilla
Lorac Eyeshadow in Cappucino
Benefit Eye Bright on lower lashline
MAC Blush in Pinch Me
Brambleberry Rose Lip Balm
If anybody is planning on attending the Make Up Show, I will be there both days doing airbrush demos for OCC.
I did the shoot with Brook White last fall, and she is using it for her website and the cover of her single “Hold Up My Heart”
Brooke is such a sweetheart. If you like the look, I used the following products on her:
Amazing Concealer in Light Golden
OCC Skin Airbrush Foundation in Y1
Nars Blush in Deep Throat
OCC Loose Shadow in Flicker
Lorac Pressed Shadow in Cappucino
Make Up For Ever Shine On Powder #3
Tricia Sawyer Lip Essentials in Pink
Benefit Bad Gal Mascara
Here’s a sneak peak of the beauty editorial that I did that is coming out in the spring issue of Eliza Magazine. If you like it and are interested in checking it out, they are giving away a digital issue of the next copy on the website.
